To recycle used cartridges, please log on to http://www.xerox.com/about-xerox/recycling/enus.html and print out a return slip.

 If you have more than 5 supply items to recycle, please order a free Xerox Eco Box which will save you time and reduce carbon emissions from shipping!

To place a service call on your Xerox unit, please call 1-800-821-2797. Please have your serial number ready.  The operator will give you an estimated time of arrival for the technician at your location.
